Yes. GROTIKA includes remote-controlled dimming and an included remote control for brightness adjustment. Standard switch control is also supported.
Does the remote change the lighting tone?
No. The included remote adjusts brightness. The lighting tone is selected when ordering: 3500K neutral white by default, or 2700K warm white and 6000K cool daylight by request.
Will every alabaster panel look identical?
No. Each natural alabaster panel has unique veining, tone, translucency, and pattern, giving every chandelier a slightly individual appearance.
Is professional installation recommended?
Yes. An installation guide is included, but installation by a licensed electrician is recommended for safe, secure, and properly balanced placement.
What does the warranty cover?
L&B GROTIKA includes a two-year warranty according to the L&B warranty terms. Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, improper electrical connections, or unauthorized modification is not covered.
