From Preparation to Arrival
Your order is carefully prepared, structurally inspected, and—where applicable—tested before dispatch.
Larger sizes and handcrafted alabaster pieces may require the full 12-business-day preparation period due to their scale and artisanal finishing.
Tracking information is provided after dispatch so you can follow real-time carrier updates and view the latest estimated delivery date.

THE L&B handles customs clearance and covers all applicable duties and taxes. No additional payment is required upon delivery.
Our Care Continues Beyond Delivery
We entrust every lighting shipment from THE L&B exclusively to DHL, UPS, or FedEx — our trusted express carriers. Each shipment also includes extra spare components as an added precaution.
In the unlikely event that anything arrives damaged or defective, our team will personally arrange the right solution at no additional cost to you.
Contact support@thelandb.com within 7 days of delivery and simply share photos of the issue. We'll take care of the rest.
Once verified, we'll promptly arrange brand-new replacement parts or a replacement fixture, whichever is needed to fully resolve the issue. There is no additional charge to you.
Replacements are dispatched via DHL, UPS, or FedEx Express. THE L&B covers replacement shipping, applicable duties and taxes, and return shipping if we need the affected item sent back.
Our team provides tracking and personally monitors the replacement shipment through safe arrival. We aim for delivery within 7 days after dispatch, subject to carrier and destination conditions.
