14-Day Return Policy

At L&B, every piece is selected for its distinctive design, refined presence, and ability to transform the feeling of a space. Many of our products—especially within our lighting collections—are made to order with careful attention to quality and detail.

While many brands consider made-to-order items non-refundable, we gladly accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. We want you to feel confident that the piece you selected is right for your home. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and retained in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Contact L&B

To initiate a return and help us process your request promptly, contact us through our Contact Us form or email support@thelandb.com with your order number, reason for return, and a brief description of the item’s condition. Depending on the product and reason for return, we may request clear photos of the item, original packaging, and shipping label, or a short video.

Receive Return Guidance

We will provide the nearest available return address based on your region and clear return instructions to help ensure a smooth process.

Inspection & Refund

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1–2 business days after the item has successfully passed inspection by our warehouse team.

Return shipping costs are not covered by L&B unless the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

We sincerely apologize if your order arrives damaged or defective. Every piece should arrive in the condition and quality you expect. Your experience matters to us, and we will work promptly to make it right.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us through our Contact Us form or email support@thelandb.com within 7 days of delivery.

Once the issue has been verified, we will promptly arrange a brand-new replacement. In confirmed damage or defect cases, L&B covers all return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before dispatch. A 6% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund to offset non-refundable payment processing and transaction costs, where permitted by applicable law.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and will be handled in accordance with our Return Policy.
