Is SHARONIQ dimmable, and is a remote included?
Yes. SHARONIQ includes remote-controlled dimming and an included remote control for brightness adjustment. Standard switch control is also supported.
Can I request a different lighting tone?
Yes. The default lighting tone is 3500K neutral white. You may request 2700K warm white or 6000K cool daylight by leaving a note on the Cart Page before checkout.
Can SHARONIQ be installed on standard or higher ceilings?
Yes. The adjustable chain supports flexible positioning for standard and moderately higher ceilings. Because both sizes have a 26.8-inch fixture height, review the ceiling height and desired bottom clearance before installation.
Will every alabaster petal look identical?
No. Each hand-cut alabaster element has unique veining, tone, translucency, pattern, and edge character. These natural differences give every chandelier a slightly individual appearance.
Are the LED bulbs included?
Yes. The 23.6-inch size includes eight E14 LED bulbs, and the 31.5-inch size includes twelve E14 LED bulbs.
Is professional installation recommended?
Yes. An installation guide is included, but installation by a licensed electrician is recommended for safe, secure, and properly balanced placement.
What does the warranty cover?
L&B SHARONIQ includes a two-year warranty according to the L&B warranty terms. Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, improper electrical connections, or unauthorized modification is not covered.
